Funny thing about financial stress.
By definition, Financial Slack is your income minus expenses or simply managing your finances in relation to your life. It helps Credit Human members prepare for unexpected expenses so they can enjoy life without the constant stress concerning money. Essentially, building Financial Slack reduces financial stress and improves financial health.
For this national campaign, I wanted to bring the human side of personal finances to the forefront. It’s not about trying to capture “real people”, but showing the reality of stress in a relatively humorous way. Humor was always central to the creative strategy because it felt necessary to counter the heaviness of financial matters.
